Our businesses create employment, operate essential infrastructure and help enterprises use technology. Alongside them, the group supports institutions in education, healthcare, public health and public policy.
Explore our impactIndia’s installed power generation capacity is projected to more than double from around 520 GW today to 1,121 GW by 2035-36. As the country’s power, urban and industrial infrastructure expands, so will the need to operate, maintain and manage this growing asset base. Bluspring, already managing 11.7 GW of power capacity, 385 Mn+ sq. ft. and 3,500+ secured sites, has a significant opportunity to cater to the growing demand for operations and maintenance across India’s expanding physical infrastructure.
Enterprise AI, cloud modernisation and technology-enabled BPM are expanding across India and global markets. India’s tech services sector could grow from around $265 billion to $750-850 billion by 2035, while global HR tech could more than double from $40.4 billion in 2024 to $81.8 billion by 2032. With BPM growing 5-6% in India and 7-8% in North America, Digitide is well placed to capture this shift.
India’s 600 million-strong workforce, expanding GCC ecosystem and rising global demand for skilled talent are driving sustained demand for organised employment and specialised workforce solutions.
With 80% of the workforce still informal and 2,000+ GCCs operating in India, Quess can play a larger role in this evolving market across workforce formalisation, GCCs and global talent mobility. Quess already connects 480,000+ workforce to organised employment and generated 57,000 new UANs (first-time formal jobs) in FY26.
The holding company sets direction, allocates capital, and establishes governance. The advisory board adds independent perspective beyond one operating company.

Their role provides continuity of ownership and direction while operating decisions remain decentralised.
Building institutions that can serve a generation and beyond.
Established in 2024, the Ajit Isaac Foundation backs institutions in areas where sustained capacity matters more than a one-time grant.
ICPH, established in 2024, brings together diverse disciplines to address India’s complex public health challenges and develop scalable solutions. Co-located with IISc’s upcoming multi-specialty hospital and medical college, the Centre has already established 4 international collaborations, 5 government partnerships, 11 research projects and 12 publications. In 2026, ICPH launched its PhD programme with a first cohort of 14 scholars and will shortly commence a Master’s in Public Health. The Centre aims to build the next generation of public health professionals, strengthen big-data capabilities and undertake research to address critical healthcare challenges in India.
Niram is a 75-bed centre offers access to palliative care in rural Karnataka commenced operations in 2026. The Centre provides inpatient, home care and outpatient services to those in need. The John Hopkins University has been technical partner on the project and will enhance the centre’s capabilities in research, training, and knowledge dissemination.
The Foundation, Fairfax Financial Holdings and Quess Foundation support a 350-bed paediatric hospital at CMC Vellore’s Ranipet campus. The initiative will expand access to specialised care for children from some of India’s most underserved communities.
Support includes the Isaac Centre for Public Policy at Ashoka University, Vidhi Legal and the India Justice Report. Add approved highlights, publications and downloadable material rather than repeating descriptions already available on partner sites.
The Quess Foundation, the CSR arm of companies under Triventure Holdings, began working with its first government school in 2012-13. Today, it works with 75 government schools and reaches approximately 16,000 children through school improvement, teacher development, health screenings, life-skills education and infrastructure support.
School education is a key focus because government schools play an important role in India’s socioeconomic development, with nearly half of the country’s students studying in them. The Foundation focuses on practical interventions that can make learning more accessible and meaningful, while addressing challenges such as teacher shortages, limited digital infrastructure and gaps in foundational literacy and numeracy.

The work requires people who can deal with complexity, take responsibility and look beyond the immediate task. Decisions are expected to hold up over time, across different businesses and market conditions.
The culture is guided by FIT: Focus, Integrity and Teamwork. The holding company remains small, giving employees direct exposure to senior leadership and work with group-level consequences.
Across the operating companies, employees can build careers in workforce solutions, technology, digital business services and integrated infrastructure services.
